Mike has spent the last twenty years vigorously pursuing the rights of senior & retired railroaders and their families. He has handled thousands of cases of occupational lung disease, specializing in asbestosis and asbestos-induced malignancies, such as mesothelioma, lung cancer and the like. In addition to handling litigation against various railroads. Mike has also filed thousands of claims against manufacturers in his effort to seek and find all just compensation on behalf of his sick and injured clients. He believes in providing his clients with the most professional representation available while remaining available on a personal level to his client’s needs and concerns.

Prior to practicing law, Mike was a Special Investigator for the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office. He graduated law school in 1984 from the University of South Carolina and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of South Carolina, in addition to various federal courts.
